Wild Ones DFW Information table at the Fall Eco-Action Day/Environmental Fair hosted by Keep Flower Mound Beautiful.
Volunteer to share your passion for native plants in natural landscapes thriving in our North Texas communities. One hour booth shifts available for Wild Ones DFW members to help spread awareness, share native plant resources, and recruit new members.

2025 Fall Eco-Action Day
Bring the entire family to a community-wide cleanup, recycling and shredding drop-off, and an informative environmental fair.
The Fall event will be held on Saturday, September 27th, 2025, at Flower Mound High School. 3411 Peters Colony Rd, Flower Mound TX 75022. Use the Old Settlers Rd and Sagebrush Dr parking lot entrance. Free parking. No admission.
Recycle Drop-off 10:00am - 1:00pm
Environmental Fair 10:00am to Noon
Acceptable items for the Recycle Drop-off:
Shredding (personal only)
Household items (small appliances, small furniture)
Clothing and textiles
Electronics
Pens, pencils and markers
Eyeglasses
Plastic bags and other thin-film plastic
Wire Clothes Hangers
Books
Kids' books
Medications will be collected by FMPD
(no sharps or liquids)
We cannot accept:
Liquids of any sort
Fluorescent bulbs of any sort
Auto batteries
Tires
